Why these ones?

My idea is to recommend you some of the most interesting podcast I am subscribed to and from time to time to talk about a meaninful episodie. Meaningful because the person who is interviewed, or because the theme is interesting or the way they talk about it , or because the useful information they give.

But now I am going to talk about why these are my favourite ones.

FITNESS REVOLUCIONARIO. Marcos Vázquez.

About: Health, fitness, stoicism, and more.

Why: For many reasons.

-He is one of the pioners. Started a lot of years ago.

-Marcos Vázquez (the author) has a excellent expressive capacity.

-Information is justfied and rigorous and very very extense

-Thanks to his success he is able to have the most interesting guest about everything.

-Through the years he has created a wide net of resources and support. He published information in you tube, instagram, he has a blog and the podcast. Amazing.

-From time to time he update the information.

Highly recommended and first option if you want to know about everything. It is difficult to find a theme he has not talk about.

CRIMINOPATIA (Clara Ciscar)

I´ve not heard about this genre before. It is true thar I am very fond of documentaries abour crimes and killers but I have not tried this format before (podcast I mean). Then, thanks to Laura I discovered criminopatia and I am hooked to it. To the genre and to this podcast in particular.

Undoubtely the exit of this podcast (just not for me) is the way the author tells the story. She has a particular and original way of do it. Not easy to describe, but really attractive.

Crime´s selection is also good. National and international crimes. Resolved and unresolved ones and current and old ones.

Ideal for long trips. Sometimes beacuse the crime is complicated or the story requires it, there are some episodies and then the pleasure is higher.

KAIZEN (Jaime Rodriguez de Santiago)

This is difficult to define. What is it about?. Is about everything. As the author says is a podcast for curious people. Health, science, business, life, history, entrepeneurship, and more and more and more.

You could ask yourself how it is possible, and maybe first it can be considered as something bad. If you talk abour everything you can not be as good as if you talk about something you are an expert on. But, firstly I think he does not want to be an expert or shows all the knowledge he has concerning something and secondly he does a very hard work documented himself for the episodie. I think normally he does not disappoint you, in any case lets you hungry for more information about the issue.

Give it a try and let me know. Of course some subjects are more interesting than others, but even if you do not know nothing about it, it is always worth to start the episodie.

CARNE CRUDA (Javier Gallego)

Politics, activism, social rightsand more. The presentator is Javier Gallego, a very experienced journalist with really good  communication skills.

Interviews, current events , round table and tertualians to talk about everything from national politics to international ones, always from a critical point of view.
